Since 2001, Dr. Muzzonigro has been a part of the Hip & Knee Reconstruction Team at Tri Rivers Musculoskeletal Centers. He sees patients at the Butler–Clearview office in Pennsylvania. Following the completion of his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1995, Dr. Muzzonigro performed his internship and residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where he served as chief resident from 1999–2000 and as a clinical instructor in orthopaedics. He attained board certification through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Armed with a BS degree in Biology acquired at Union College in Schenectady, NY, in 1988, Thomas S. Muzzonigro, MD, FAAOS, attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York, and received his medical degree with honors and distinction in orthopedic research in 1995. He then continued to serve his internship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA, where he remained to conduct his orthopedic surgery residency (1996-2000). During his residency training, he served as Chief Resident (1999-2000) and clinical instructor. In addition, Dr. Muzzonigro received board certification in orthopedic surgery from the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
